When you register for an API key, we collect your email address. When you use the Synlake API, we log request metadata (endpoint, timestamp, response time, provider queried) for billing and audit purposes. We do not collect or store the content of your infrastructure configurations.
We use your email to deliver your API key and communicate service updates. Request logs are used for billing, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. API keys are hashed before storage. We retain request logs for 90 days for billing purposes.
We use Stripe for payment processing. When you activate billing, Stripe collects and processes your payment information under their own privacy policy. We do not store credit card numbers.
The Synlake website does not use tracking cookies. We do not use analytics tools that track individual users across the web.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@synlake.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
